Megan Fox’s on-and-off relationship with Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) has taken so many twists and turns, and it continues to get more interesting.
New insider reports have revealed that the actress is feeling “renewed and refreshed” after welcoming her and the musician’s new baby despite reports of more chaos in their relationship, including rumors that he had cheated on her while she was pregnant. Megan and MGK Announced Their Baby Girl's Birth In Late March
The Transformers actress has had quite an interesting relationship timeline with MGK, whose full name is Colson Baker. The pair allegedly met back in March 2020 and Megan famously announced they had begun dating later that summer, referring to Colson as her "twin flame" on a podcast.
They became a headline-making couple for their public displays of affection and announced they were engaged at the start of 2022. However, they've been an on-and-off Hollywood couple since then, as they broke off their engagement in 2024, just weeks after sharing they were expecting their first child together.
Throughout Megan's pregnancy, there were reports and rumors that their latest breakup was due to some betrayal on the singer's part, suggesting he may have had an affair. Despite the drama, the couple was reportedly focused on becoming the best parents they could be to their new addition.
They welcomed her into the world on March 27th, famously referring to her as their "celestial seed" on Instagram. Although the announcement of their child's birth was exciting, it was still a bit unclear as to where the couple stood regarding their relationship, and if Megan was still hurting after their last split.
An Insider Says Megan Has Been Feeling 'Renewed' Since Giving Birth
A source close to the 38-year-old told Us Weekly that she has happily "leaned in" to motherhood again and loves having a newborn around, as her three older children are now ages 12 to 8.
"She loved when her kids were little and has missed that phase," said the insider.
"She feels renewed and refreshed. Friends haven't seen her this happy in years."
The source also mentioned that Megan has been "glowing" since bringing her baby girl, whose official name has not been revealed yet, and that the exciting event has caused a "notable change" in her interactions with the "Bloody Valentine" singer.
However, things still aren't quite perfect, and it looks like they still have some issues to work out during their co-parenting experience.
"The relationship is still complicated," added the source.
"They haven't reconciled. It's a mix of healing and hard conversations that they have had."
No matter what the future holds for their romantic relationship, fans of the attention-grabbing couple will be happy to know that their new family member has reportedly "brought them closer," according to the insider, and they're "obsessed" with their little girl.
"Megan has noticed [Colson's] energy is different," noted the source.
"The look in his eyes is different [and] his aura has changed. She feels the baby is exactly what he needed, and she is hoping it sticks."
