Megan Fox ended 2023 on a sartorial high, treating fans to one fierce look after another before finishing the year in a stunning curve-hugging Mirror Palais gown for the Kardashian Christmas party. It may not have been as grand, but the outfit the 37-year-old actress wore when she stopped by The Drew Barrymore Show in November is also one of our favorite outfits of the year.

The Jennifer's Body star made an appearance on the show on November 8th to promote her recently published book of poetry titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. She donned a chic and sultry leg-baring outfit, which consisted of a dark taupe blazer top paired with matching short shorts and sheer tights. She topped it off with a lighter brown trench coat for added sophistication.

To complete her get-up for the talk show, Fox added eye-catching pointed-toe red pumps by Paris Texas and her signature cat-eye burgundy sunglasses, with a touch of shimmering silver jewelry.

The Transformers alum wore her new cherry tresses down in a cute mid-length bob with wispy, eyebrow-grazing bangs. She added teal butterfly clips in her locks to accessorize, which makes us very excited that the popular 90s hair accessory could be making a very welcome return! And as for her makeup look, the style icon chose a dusty rose lipstick hue, radiant blush on her high cheekbones, and went for her favorite bold winged black eyeliner.

The Expend4bles actress caught the attention of fans who were left in awe, with some even taking to Instagram to express how they failed to recognize her, describing her as "unrecognizable" or "drastically different" to the point that they were unable to identify her.

Megan Fox's Fans Think She Looks 'Unrecognizable'

The official Instagram account for The Drew Barrymore Show uploaded a clip of Fox and Barrymore's chat for the page's millions of followers. Users headed to the comments section to share their thoughts — with many complimenting her style and others expressing how "different" she looked during this public appearance.

"There's no way that's Megan Fox," one commented, as another replied, "I think it's the artist formerly known as Megan Fox." "I didn't recognize her. I think she looked better with her dark hair," replied another fan, as another added: "I barely recognized her." "I didn't recognize her either until I saw her name," someone else wrote. Another chimed in: "She cuts her hair and dyes it red and you don't recognize her?"

Megan Fox Revealed She Was 'Addicted to Falling in Love'

The Till Death actress really opened up during her interview with the 48-year-old 50 First Dates actress, and the women covered a variety of different topics. One of the most interesting things Fox said came when she confessed to being "addicted to falling in love."

"When I was young, I was really rebellious and wild and was always running away to fall in love with a new love, every costar," she confessed, adding: "I was addicted to falling in love, and I think I probably hurt a lot of people in that process too, because a lot of people have been in love with me and I did not respect or honor that." Fox then explained that it was her children – sons Noah Shannon, Bodhi Ransom, and Journey River, who she shares with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green – who changed her mindset on love.

"When I had kids, something happened in me," she explained. "I think it's a major part of my soul's journey in this lifetime to not repeat my parents' pattern with my kids, and I was always very aware of that, so this selfless person was born when I birthed my first child."
