Our calendars may say 2023, but if we didn’t know any better and only had Megan Fox’s latest outfit to go on, we would be pretty convinced that we were right in the middle of the 2000s!
Megan Fox Wears Y2K-Inspired Sequin Mini Skirt In Los Angeles
The 36-year-old Jennifer's Body actress transported us right back to the 2000s with her Y2K-inspired outfit on December 19th, when she and 32-year-old fiancé Machine Gun Kelly were papped on their way to dinner at Catch Steak LA.
Her fierce 'fit consisted of a dazzling sequined super mini skirt (one of the biggest and raciest trends of the past year, we think you'll agree!) from Danielle Guizio, which she accessorized with a Barbiecore soft pink feathered pink cardigan, a fluffy purse and platform heels, both of which also came in the shade of the moment, as well as a mint-colored floral and striped corset. Megan wore her glossy jet black hair in a long and straight down do, while also going for heavy, glamorous makeup; we would expect nothing less!

Naturally MGK also looked the part with his coordinating ensemble too, as he also went heavy on the fur-lined pieces thanks to an oversized cream-colored fur (or faux fur) coat, a white fur bucket hat, a white cropped fur sweater (does this couple not feel the cold?!) and some white pants. For footwear, he went for patterned combat boots with pink detailing to complement Megan's pink pieces – the attention to detail in their outfits never fails to astound us!

Megan Fox Rocks The Barbiecore Trend In Florida
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles alum is a huge fan of the Barbiecore trend, having rocked it on many, many occasions in 2022, including at the Audacity Beach Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in December. Megan attended the festival to support her fiancé who was performing, and did so in a Barbiecore outfit featuring various shades of pink, including an ab-baring Jacquemus 'Le Bandeau Ascosu' crop top, Guizio cargo pants, a gargantuan fluffy Gladys Tamez Millinery hat, and Jimmy Choo heels.

Another Barbiecore look from 2022 which is still living rent free in our minds was The Andamane’s Spring 2022 metallic pink halter-neck cropped top and a matching high-waisted skirt combo which Megan sported along with her light pink hair back in June. Megan and her stylist certainly don’t do things by halves!
