Meghan Markle has faced bullying allegations for many years now; and despite being cleared following an official investigation a few years ago, the allegations still keep coming!

New accusations have emerged in a bombshell Vanity Fair article published on January 17th, with anonymous former colleagues and associates calling the 43-year-old former Suits actress “cold,” “awful,” and a “mean girl,” among other things. Keep reading for more details…

'Vanity Fair' Article Claims Many People Who Worked With Meghan Markle Are 'Undergoing Long-Term Therapy'

Although many bombshells were dropped in the article, including the allegation that Meghan's team suggested the idea of a "post-Harry divorce book" to a publisher, it was Meghan's behavior towards the people she worked with that stood out the most.

Former colleagues and employees, many of whom had to remain anonymous because they were required to sign non-disclosure agreements, called her a "bully," according to the article, with some of them reportedly alleging that they were "undergoing long-term therapy after working with Meghan."

Another former employee, who reportedly worked with her on several media projects, reportedly said that "she would be warm and effusive at the beginning, engendering an atmosphere of professional camaraderie" until something went wrong, after which she would then "become cold and withholding toward the person she perceived to be responsible."

And if we are to believe the former employee, things "went poorly, often due to Meghan and Harry's own demands." Yikes!

The former employee described the mom-of-two as "really, really, really awful," and went on to say that working with her was "very painful."

They added: "She's constantly playing checkers — I'm not even going to say chess — but she's just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment."

The former employee reportedly insisted that the American Riviera Orchard founder never raised her voice at anyone, but many people still felt intimidated and bullied by her. "It's talking behind your back. It's gnawing at your sense of self," they explained.

"You can be yelled at even if somebody doesn't raise their voice," they continued. "[It's] funny that people don't differentiate between the energy of being yelled at and literally somebody screaming at you."

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Are 'Upset' By The Claims In The 'Vanity Fair' Article

To Di For Daily podcast host Kinsey Schofield claims that Prince Harry and Meghan have been left "bruised" and "upset" by the allegations, telling Sky News Australia: "They are in a bad place right now."

"It is my understanding that they are upset over it [and] I'm being told that things aren't good for them right now," she continued, adding: "Between Meghan's show being postponed, which I've heard was Netflix's idea, and just the idea that she has worked so hard to rebrand herself and here comes a very respected publication reiterating some of the nastiest claims about her."

"I think they are bruised and they're sitting back trying to figure out how to process going forward," she concluded.
