Meghan Markle Wants To Be Friends With Jennifer Aniston
It's no secret that since Meghan returned from England, leaving royal life behind her, she's had some difficulties making a name for herself outside of royal headlines. Though she and her husband, Prince Harry, scored deals with both Spotify and Netflix, so far, their projects haven't been winners. Which puts Meghan in the place of needing both friends and a Hollywood connection. Enter: Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston, who is set to move into her new Montecito home soon, has all of the above. "Jen is at the top of Meghan's wish list as a BFF," an insider revealed. "She has so much influence and prestige in the business and is on a first-name basis with all the big power players."
Jen's Not Interested
This feeling, however, doesn't seem to be mutual. "Meghan's been chipping away in high hopes of a friendship with Jen, and word is she's been asking for an introduction for years now," the source continued. "It hasn't quite happened yet."
Aniston is known for keeping her inner circle tight, so this isn't very surprising. "Jen's been polite, but she's always so busy." Time can only tell if being neighbors is the ticket to a genuine friendship.
