Meghan Says She's Been 'Trying All The Things' In Recent Interview

On Saturday, March 29th, Meghan was among the many influential figures who attended Billboard's Women in Music Event. She was recognized as a "hitmaker," and stunned on the red carpet in a complex black dress from Sami Miro vintage.

During her carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "Lips Are Movin" singer said she has been "trying all the things" to lose weight and get fit.

She also mentioned that she had learned a "lot of tricks" after years of doing different forms of workouts that weren't working well for her. Last year, she opened up about how much she loved weight lifting as a form of exercise, as it made her strong enough to chase after her young sons, Riley and Barry.

"I was working out so incorrectly for so long," she explained.

"I was running and doing cardio, and my body was inflamed, always."

Meghan also mentioned she was into trying new health fads, like different natural supplements that would help her "age backwards," but tends to stick to things that doctors back up or recommend.

"I'm trying all the things," she added. "I love a doctor explaining stuff to me."

While many fans have positive things to say about the vocalist's new physique and health journey, others still weren't entirely convinced she had managed to drop so much weight using only natural techniques.

Then, Meghan took to Instagram to not only shut down any internet trolls, but also come clean about her weight loss drug use.

Meghan Calls Out Internet Trolls And Admits To Using Mounjaro In New Instagram Post

After acknowledging that being recognized at the Billboard event was a "dream," the former Voice mentor said it was "disheartening" to see that so many interviews and internet users were focusing on how her body looked in a new post on Instagram.

"No, I don't look like I did 10 years ago," wrote Meghan.

"I've been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me."

The Smurfs voice actress then goes on to write that in addition to following advice from dieticians and making significant lifestyle changes, she utilized the help of "science and support" to stay in shape after her second pregnancy, adding, "shoutout to Mounjaro" in parentheses.

"I'm so glad I did because I feel great," she continued.

Since people on the internet and in the media have been left wondering about her weight loss strategy for months, many fans on Instagram applauded the podcast host for being honest about what she's done to look so different than she has in the past.

"So proud of you," commented a fan. "You owe no one an explanation! You work so incredibly hard in all areas of your life."

Now that the news of her Mounjaro use is finally out, Meghan ended her Instagram caption by stating that it's time for her audience to "shift" their conversations to things that "really matter."
