Melania Trump, 53, has been keeping a low profile amid her husband’s ongoing legal battles and his latest run for the White House – but she appears to have been busy behind the scenes, as she has reportedly been renegotiating her prenup with Donald Trump, 77, for the past year!
“This agreement was necessary because of the current legal battles [Donald] has suffered,” an insider told Page Six, in reference to the $250M fraud lawsuit filed against him by New York Attorney General Letitia James and the $5M defamation lawsuit filed by E. Jean Carroll, to name just two.

Melania Trump Has Reportedly Been Working On A 'Postnup' Over The Past Year
According to Page Six, the former First Lady "quietly" and successfully renegotiated her prenuptial agreement with the former president, who she has been married to since 2005 and with whom she shares 17-year-old son Barron Trump.
"Over the last year, Melania and her team have been quietly negotiating a new 'postnup' agreement between herself and Donald Trump," the insider spilled, while also mentioning that the new agreement covers both money and property.

Melania Is 'Thinking About Their Son's Future'
"This is at least the third time Melania has renegotiated the terms of her marital agreement," the source continued, before going on to reiterate that Melania's actions don’t actually mean that she is planning to leave her husband, but rather, is thinking about their son's future.
"Melania is most concerned about maintaining and increasing a substantial trust for their son, Barron," the source claimed, while another source told the outlet: "I know that she wanted it to provide her with more money, and also — from what I understand — there’s a specific amount at minimum that Barron is supposed to obtain."
