Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former top aide to first lady Melania Trump, has come forward to voice her opposition to Donald Trump‘s potential second term in office.
In a tweet shared on X last week, Stephanie, 53, wrote: “Neither Donald nor Melania Trump wielded their power for good, because they saw the presidency as the greatest business opportunity of a lifetime, and they used it to fulfil their self-interests.”
The fashion and entertainment executive continued in her February 28th message: “It’s remarkably frightening just how many millions of Americans have been brainwashed by Trump into believing that he wanted to ‘fix’ America and ‘make it great again.’ JUST THE OPPOSITE.”

Stephanie expressed concern about the former president, 77, and the threat he poses to society. This was heightened, she said, after Donald urged individuals to assault the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
In a follow-up tweet, Stephanie noted: "MAGA mob rioters who stormed the US Capitol, did so 'AT THE DIRECTION OF AND IN COORDINATION WITH' former President Trump."
She went on: "This was an assault on human life and our great democracy. Unfortunately, Donald & Melania Trump have no regard for either. Everyone around them has stoked and massaged their egos and falsehoods that got US to this house of mirrors and poisonous lies."
The former aide has been an outspoken critic of the Trumps and their suitability to return to the White House. The litany of controversies that have engulfed them, including Donald's civil trial verdict in 2023 for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll and his financial fraud liability in 2024, has fueled her stance.
Donald has filed appeals for both cases, but that's not all. He is facing numerous other charges, such as 34 counts of falsifying business records in New York, 40 counts related to mishandling of classified documents in Florida, four counts of conspiracy and obstruction in Washington D.C. for attempting to overturn the 2020 election, and 13 counts of racketeering in Georgia for his alleged felonies in an attempt to overturn the state's 2020 election results. Donald has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Ok! has previously reported that Stephanie shared her belief that Melania, 53, never had aspirations of becoming the first lady. While appearing on The MeidasTouch Podcast, Stephanie noted that the mom of one "never wanted" to be first lady.
"It doesn't matter if Melania is there or not," Stephanie explained, noting that the Slovenian-American former model would have "a lot more freedom" since her son Barron Trump is turning 18 years old this month...
