What Does Mila Kunis Typically Eat In A Day?
Luckily, the That '70s Show alum, who shares daughter Wyatt, 8, and son Dimitri, 6, with husband Ashton Kutcher, 45, revealed that she got back to her usual weight soon after filming. And she wasn’t shy in telling fans just what she does – specifically, what she eats every day – in order to maintain her super-trim figure in a tell-all video for Harper's Bazaar's 'Food Diaries' series.
In the candid video, the Friends with Benefits actress said that she starts her day with an "old school drip coffee" paired with vanilla Silk oat milk creamer, which she froths. The Ted star then explained that she ends up eating whatever her children have left over from breakfast, which she admitted isn’t "always satiating," but she eats it anyway because she hates wasting food.
Mila Kunis' Healthy Breakfast
The Luckiest Girl Alive star then revealed that she makes her own breakfast after preparing (and finishing off) her children's breakfasts. "Then I'll make avocado toast for myself," she explained, before saying that she sometimes adds additional ingredients like eggs and dips for variety. "I grab whatever bread we have," the Bad Moms actress confessed, which is music to our ears, adding, "It's healthy because I have children and so you try to do as much as you can."
Mila explained that it will be something like "Dave's Killer Bread, wholegrain with nuts and texture and crunch and stuff like that," adding, "And then sometimes I like to put a little 'Everything But The Bagel' seasoning on top of it. And then if I'm feeling extra feisty, I might put an egg on it." "Or I like dips," she continued, adding that she sometimes varies between Hummus and Tzatziki, among others. Sounds like breakfast in the Kunis-Kutcher household is never boring, and we are taking breakfast notes! Even on its own without any extra additions, avocado toast is a super simple 2-ingredient recipe with just avocado and toast needed to make it, which makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a quick and easy, and best of all, healthy, breakfast to recreate themselves.
Mila also confessed that she regularly has smoothies, which she said she sometimes gets delivered to her home and then adds her own protein powder into. "I get frozen smoothies delivered to the house," she explained. "I put protein powder in it, my husband puts in non-dairy for me and then he drops it off at my table and I am super grateful," she added. Aww! Other healthy and tasty things the Jupiter Ascending actress eats, according to her video, are salad or quinoa-based bowls alongside chopped, cooked vegetables. "Sometimes I do something called bowl night, where there'll be a salad base and a grain base, like quinoa, and some veg – then they [her husband and children] can make their own veggie bowl."
But it doesn’t mean she doesn’t treat herself either, as she revealed that she and the family love ordering takeout, including Sushi, Thai and Indian food. She also confessed that she and the Two and a Half Men actor also have a "couple bites" of ice cream every night, with her favorite flavors including Thrifty's 'Chocolate Malted Krunch' or Rocky Road.
