Miley Cyrus is no stranger to wild outfits. In fact, the singer has rocked almost every crazy look imaginable, including a bedazzled holster and thigh-high boots to the 2015 MTV Video Awards. The Voice coach wore a matching lacy heart ensemble, which included a crop top, a white floor-length jacket, and totally sheer pants that revealed her red underwear. You've got to admit, Cyrus does know how to rock a red carpet!
The red carpet wasn't the only place Cyrus turned heads at the two-day event. The singer changed into a sparkly fringed mini dress for her performance, according to Footwear News.
