By some miracle of gravity and/or trape, there wasn’t a nip slip in sight, despite the Mugler blazer having a very plunging neckline. Lucky Miley, the censors would have really hated that!
Miley went on to perform with Shawn Mendes and close friend and idol Dolly Parton. Slay!
