Miley Cyrus is back with new music! The Grammy winner, 30, just premiered her infectious self-love anthem, “Flowers,” and helped announce her new pop single with a stunning poolside shot of herself rocking a sultry black bikini.

Miley Cyrus Announces New Music With Sultry Bikini Pic On Instagram
The “Angels Like You” singer flaunted her epic curves, toned figure and intricate tattoos in the gorgeous photo along with dark shades for a chic monochromatic look. Her low-cut, push-up bikini top featured lace detailing and skimpy straps, and she paired this with a low-waisted bottom piece.
Cyrus wore her blonde locks down and slicked back for the image, and captioned her post, “FLOWERS. SINGLE AND VIDEO RELEASE. TOMORROW.” Naturally, she garnered thousands of likes and comments from her 193 million followers with many expressing their excitement for her return to music following the 2020 hit record, Plastic Hearts.

“OMG YES Miley is back!” one user wrote while another added, regarding the photo, “serving body-ody-ody!!!” with a heart-eyes emoji. Another commented, “Can you get any hotter?” and someone else chimed in, “equally as talented as she is beautiful,” and we def agree!
Cyrus’ new song “Flowers” is an instantly catchy bop that helps show off her raspy vocals and impressive range with the help of groovy basslines, a danceable beat and lyrics written from the point of view of someone choosing themselves over a failing relationship.
With the track release being Cyrus’ ex Liam Hemsworth‘s birthday, some fans are suspecting that the lyrics might have been inspired by her relationship with him, which ended in 2019 along with their marriage. “I can buy myself flowers/ Write my name in the sand,” Cyrus sings on the powerful track. Later in the song, she croons, “I can love me better than you can,” promoting a message of knowing one’s worth.

In the music video for “Flowers” which Cyrus also just debuted, the “Prisoner” songstress can be seen donning a number of glamorous get-ups, including a figure-hugging gold dress with a midriff-baring cut-out, the same bikini from her earlier post, and a black blazer with nothing underneath all while dancing around what looks to be sunny Los Angeles.
Cyrus previously announced the release of “Flowers” during her Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party on December 31st. She also told fans that her upcoming eighth studio album Endless Summer Vacation will arrive on March 10th (mark your calendars!) According to a press release, the record will serve as Cyrus’ “love letter to L.A.” and we can’t wait to hear it!
