Miley Cyrus just treated fans to not only another epic style moment, but also a live rendition of her new song, “Jaded” for her beloved Backyard Sessions series. For her latest outdoor performance, the “Flowers” hitmaker, 30, belted her heart out in a sultry white minidress with skimpy straps.
As the Grammy winner performed outdoors in sunny California, her frock’s side and central cut-outs helped flaunt her toned abs and midriff as the hemline highlighted her long, sculpted legs. While being backed by a full band, Cyrus sang her (seemingly) breakup-inspired lyrics to “Jaded,” which is the second track off her eight studio album, Endless Summer Vacation, which she dropped on March 10, 2023.

Miley Cyrus Stuns In Little White Dress And Black Shades While Singing “Jaded” Off Her New Record
The “Angels Like You” singer completed her outfit with square-shaped, oversized black sunglasses and shiny, silver, open-toe heels. Her white number also featured a shimmering gold buckle in the middle that held the garment together, as it also drew eyes to Cyrus’ intricate tattoos. Cyrus wore her long, two-toned tresses down and parted in the middle for the event, with her blonde locks and black under-layers both styled into beachy, loose waves.

Fan Reactions To Cyrus’ Summery Ensemble And Performance
The Black Mirror alum shared a clip from her Backyard Session video in an Instagram post for her 203 million followers. Naturally, fans couldn’t get enough of both her ensemble and song, with one commenting, “You are a legend!! This song blew my freaking mind.” Another added of the track, “my favorite from the album,” as someone else replied, “Miley you look so gorg in this dress!”
In the lyrics to “Jaded,” Cyrus notably sings, “I know it was wrong but never said I was sorry / Now I’ve had time to think it over / We’re much older and the bone’s too big to bury.”
This makes her second track off the record much more poignant and less of a kiss-off than her mega-hit lead single, “Flowers,” which is also believed by fans to be about her tumultuous relationship with and divorce from Liam Hemsworth. On the pop ballad, she also croons, “I’m sorry that you’re jaded / I could’ve taken you places / You’re lonely now and I hate it.”
Whether it’s inspired by Hemsworth or not, there’s ultimately no denying Cyrus’ skill to churn out epic pop-rock hit after hit, or her ability to give us endless spring fashion inspo!
