Netflix Just Dropped This MAJOR Bombshell & People Are Freaking Out!

Rumors that Netflix  is releasing another episode of “Tiger King” are true!

The streaming company just confirmed that it’s bringing back the smash hit docu-series for one more episode–and it’s happening sooner than you think!

It's official! Netflix will release an additional episode of the hit show Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness," on April 12, the entertainment giant just announced.

An eighth and final episode titled, "The Tiger King and I," will air on the network this Sunday.

If you had gone into serious depression after finishing the series, you can cling to the big tiger phenomenon just a little bit longer. The series is not over yet! Here's what you need to know:

Episode Background

The news was first leaked by G.W. Zoo owner Jeff Lowe in a Cameo video posted on Twitter by Justin Turner of the Los Angeles Dodgers



In case you missed it, Jeff Lowe and his wife Lauren have reopened Joe King's shuttered park under a new name, the Greater Wynnewood Zoo, or the G.W. Zoo.

“Netflix is adding one more episode. It will be on next week. They’re filming here tomorrow,” Lowe said in the widely circulated video.

Show Format

Netflix confirmed that the episode is an after show format, hosted by comedian Joel McHale. The funnyman is featured in Netflix's announcement wearing a cowboy hat and leopard shawl--and little else.

We're calling it now: the new "Tiger King" episode is going to be the most epic of them all! And since the original episodes were watched a whopping 34 million unique times in the first 10 days of their release, we're guessing that this much-anticipated follow-up will practically break the streaming platform!
