"I work at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Don't get anything other than the wings," an employee said, according to Delish. "That's the only quality thing there. Everything else is frozen."

But, the wings aren't always the best menu items to go with. Another employee revealed that it's not uncommon for customers to be served old wings.
"If your wings don’t take at least 10 min to come to your table, you’re getting old crusty wings. We were supposed to cook a minimum amount each time, and they could only sit so long, and then we got [in trouble] for high waste," the employee said, according to Life Hacker. "So we stopped wasting old wings and served nasty crusty wings. This is especially bad between 12:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Once it hits dinner rush, it usually isn’t a problem. But, happy hour was always a problem.”
Gross! An employee also warned customers to be wary of ordering soft drinks from the bar, as their soda gun is rarely cleaned properly. "Every single place I worked had mold in their soda gun or machine," the employee explained, according to Life Hacker. "I cleaned them, of course, but there’s only one of me and a few million restaurants.”
Yikes! This is definitely good to know. We'll be taking these tips into consideration the next time we're in the mood for some BWW!
