Although she blew fans away with her appearance at the 95th annual Academy Awards on Sunday, March 12th, where she sported the long, straight, blonde hair she has been rocking for years, the 55-year-old Nine Perfect Strangers actress just proved that she looks her absolute *best* when she goes back to her natural curly hair! (That’s our opinion, anyway!)

Nicole Kidman Shows Off Curly Hair On Instagram
The Being the Ricardos star sent fans into a frenzy when she posted a three-image carousel on Instagram on March 22nd, with her bouncy curls that came in a dreamy new strawberry blonde color being the stars of the show! Wearing a gorgeous summery blue dress with capped sleeves and a tie neckline which looks even more striking against her new hair color, the first picture sees the Expats star sitting down and looking into the distance with a huge smile on her face.
The second image appears to be taken inside and shows her posing with her arms wrapped around her body, with her enviable curly hair in front of her face, while the third picture is taken outside and also shows her standing up and staring into the distance. Inside or outside, both curls and color are breathtaking, and we and Nicole’s fans think she looks incredible!

Nicole’s Previous Comments About Her Curls
We don’t know how Nicole got her gorgeous curls back, as she previously confessed to “torturing” her natural curls back in the day in an attempt to “conform and be the Aussie beach girl.”
In a 2017 interview with Australia’s Who Magazine, the Big Little Lies star said: “I really wanted to have that suntanned skin and long blonde hair. I wanted to conform and be the Aussie beach girl. And I was never going to be that.” She then went on to say, “I wish I had my curls back. I tortured them to death,” before giving readers some solid advice. “I always say, ‘Don’t ruin the ringlets!'” Her curls don’t appear to be ruined if her latest pictures are anything to go by!
