While fans took to social media to commend the Eyes Wide Shut alum‘s stylish attire, many also voiced concerns about Kidman’s health, noting that the Moulin Rouge! star appeared “very thin” and remarking that her “ribs were showing.”

"Nicole is looking too skinny lately. is she okay?" one fan wrote as another added: "Her ribs are showing. That's not right!!" Someone else commented that Kidman was one of "the thinnest women in Hollywood."
The Big Little Lies actress has not addressed comments like these or similar claims from fans. However, in December 2023, a nutrition expert dished to In Touch Weekly that Kidman seemed to be "about 25 pounds below the average weight for her height."
