Nicole Kidman's Fitness Routine

The key to Kidman's fitness routine is variety. This is a tip she's been preaching for decades, telling Los Angeles Times in 2014 that "Variety is the best way [to stay fit] I've found. If you think you are going to wake up and run five miles every morning for the rest of your life, you'll get bored and hit the snooze button after a week."

With this as her words to live by, the mother-of-three makes sure she changes up what she's doing to stay active. Coming from a family of runners, she does incorporate the occasional five mile run, but also adds in hiking, yoga, skiing, and horseback riding.

Nicole Kidman's Diet

But, you can't stay toned and fit just by exercising. Having a diet to adhere to is just as important as having a fitness routine to follow. However, for Kidman, she sees no point in being strict. She explained to the Los Angeles Times that she is "actually not that strict with [her] diet. I eat pretty much anything, but all in moderation."

"It's walking a path that's ultimately 80% healthy, 20%...sometimes it falls to 70%. But that's why I think you have things like natural health remedies—you find out what works for you." Looks like strict diet plans are a thing of the past!
