Nicole Kidman seems to be everywhere lately, making us wonder if she has a secret army of clones! She was recently honored at the GQ Men of the Year event in partnership with Jo Malone London on the 19th of November.
This time, The Perfect Couple actress stunned on the cover of British GQ, flaunting her toned figure, but some fans were left puzzled by her outfits!
For the cover shot, the Balenciaga ambassador donned ripped leggings, stilettos, and a dramatic gold, aluminum-like train that draped from her chest down.
Inside the feature, her outfits leaned into quirky, mismatched styles.
Nicole Kidman Wears Unconventional Outfits for GQ Photoshoot
One ensemble paired a beige crop top with a sweater draped diagonally across her shoulder along with a blue skirt.
Another look combined a red-and-white striped shirt with unbuttoned jeans.
While undeniably bold, some fans couldn’t help but question the styling choices, even jokingly asking if "her stylist hates her!”
"Love you, but every speck of this clothing is horrendous and strange. When even one of the most beautiful women in the world can’t pull it off… it probably shouldn’t be on," said one fan.
Another user asked, "Why didn't you ask the photographer and stylist before shooting if they loved you?"
"Who chose these ‘clothes’? So disrespectful and not representative of an accomplished, talented actress, woman," another claimed.
"Your stylist really hates you, not flattering at all" commented another user.
Kidman was styled by Katie Eleanor Grand, who has worked with other A-listers such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Emily Ratajkowski, and more.
Nicole Kidman Attends the GQ Awards and Stuns in Red
On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Eyes Wide Shut icon attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2024 held in London. For the event, she wore a red turtleneck gown that was skintight and featured a lace-up corset design at the back. The Balenciaga piece was finished with Kidman holding the long ribbon from the corset with her hands.
In her interview with the magazine, Nicole opened up about playing an older lover in her steamy upcoming thriller film titled Babygirl. She plays a CEO who starts a romantic affair with a new, young intern. “My thing is, well, it’s been done for years the other way around, so really there should be a lot more of these stories,” she told GQ about the age gap in the movie. “It shouldn’t be, like, ‘What a shock!’ It happens. So let’s put it on screen. And that’s that.”
