Nicole Kidman made a surprise appearance at Balenciaga’s show on Monday during Paris Fashion Week.

The Babygirl actress wore an understated all-black look from the controversial brand’s line. Her ensemble featured a skintight turtleneck midi dress with long sleeves, criss-cross lace-up detail on the back, and two strands of fabric trailing behind her.

The Omega watch ambassador kept the all-black theme going by pairing her dress with tights, pointed-toe pumps, a top-handle purse, and skinny frames.

Her glam was kept minimal as she rocked her long blonde hair in a side part and sported natural lip color for her makeup look.

This event marked the first time she stepped out for a public appearance following the death of her mom, Janelle Ann Kidman, at 84 years old.

On September 12th, the Big Little Lies star shared some throwback pictures of herself, her late mother, and her sister on Instagram, just a week after her mother’s passing.
