Nikki Wears An Eye-Catching Silver Metallic Dress On 'The Tonight Show'
On Monday, March 24th, the Golden Globes host was a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She stepped out onto the set wearing a stunning metallic long-sleeved mini dress from Balmain with a draped neckline and hugged her slim figure. Her stylists completed the dress with a set of high heels from Schutz.
After her episode of the famous late-night talk show aired, she took to Instagram to post side-by-side photos of herself. The first picture was from one of her first appearances on The Tonight Show and the other from this week's episode.
In the earlier photo, which was taken in January 2009, when Jay Leno was still hosting, Nikki is wearing a black cocktail dress paired with a cropped blazer and tall, leather boots. After comparing the two photos, fans couldn't help but point out how much more toned and fit the 40-year-old looks these days.
One follower wrote that she looks like she is "aging in reverse," while several others took a moment to acknowledge her insane "glow-up."
"She just gets hotter and funnier," commented model Alexis Ren.

Nikki Jokes About Plastic Surgery And Ozempic With Jimmy Fallon
After she and the talk show host finished talking about how great she looked in her dress, Nikki then began discussing how she felt about people getting plastic surgery and using the controversial weight-loss drug, Ozempic.
The Ohio-native joked about getting minor cosmetic procedures done over the years, mentioning that she feels it's best to make small changes over time rather than drastic ones.
"You've just got to subtly go in every so often," she said. "It's not a nose job, it's erosion. That's what you do. That's how you get away with it."
The Not Safe star continued talking and got a bit more serious, saying that getting work done is a "wise investment" and that she wished there wasn't such a stigma surrounding "investing in your beauty."
"It makes my life better," she added. "People treat you better when you're hotter."
Then, staying on topic, Jimmy decided to ask Nikki how she felt about people taking Ozempic to lose weight.
"I love it," she declared before mentioning that "only thin people" are angry at those who take Ozempic to get smaller, as "that's all they have."
Nikki's interesting take on Ozempic is undoubtedly different from that of professionals who claim that anyone who isn't suffering from diabetes or severe obesity should be taking it. However, she is not the first celebrity to endorse the drug, and she certainly won't be the last.
