O.J. Simpson Finally Addresses The Rumors
The 75-year-old former Buffalo Bills player finally revealed whether he is the now 38-year-old Good American founder‘s biological father, after years of speculation that he may have had an affair with Khloé’s mom, Kris Jenner, when she was married to his attorney, the late Robert Kardashian. And he gave quite a definitive – albeit somewhat offensive to Kris – answer…
“People have their types, right? I always thought Kris was a cute girl,” Simpson said when he was asked to clear up the rumors. “She was really nice. But I was dating supermodels.” The former NFL star then added: “It’s just that I’ve never been attracted to [Kris] and I’ve never suspected she was ever attracted to me. So that was never a case. The rumor ain’t true. It’s not even anywhere close to being true.” Well, we guess that’s that!
What Has Khloé Kardashian Said?
For her part, the ever-outspoken mom-of-two hasn’t been shy about addressing the rumors over the years. Back in 2017, Khloé called the trolls who spread the rumors that Simpson was her real father "haters" among other expletives. "People are [expletive] but I don’t care lol. I focus on the good," she previously told a fan who came to her defense. "They are all [expletive] lol such [expletive.] Hehe oh well… I’m happy and they hatin'," she added.
On an old episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé did a DNA test to try and prove that she has the same biological dad as her two older sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian, due to her looking a lot different to them. Their father Robert Kardashian was part of O.J.'s defense team when he was on trial for the 1994 murders of Kris's good friend Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman and was famously acquitted in 1995. He was later found responsible for the wrongful death of Goldman in a civil lawsuit filed by his family.
Kris Jenner, 67, previously confessed to having an affair while she was married to Kardashian in her tell-all memoir, Kris Jenner and All Things Kardashian, although she admitted that his name was Ryan, and never once even hinted that it could have been Simpson. "Robert had been the only man in my life since I was 18. I don’t know why I was having a mid-life crisis at 30, but I was," Jenner wrote, adding that, "His name was Ryan, and he was a producer. We had wild sex everywhere, all the time." Kris went on to marry Bruce Jenner, now Caitlyn Jenner, who is the father of Kendall and Kylie Jenner and has been dating business exec Corey Gamble since 2014.
