The former Miss Universe, 30, donned a sexy, Y2k-esque item designed by celeb-fave brand, Poster Girl, and paired her shimmering and curve-hugging garment with glistening teal heels by René Caovilla. Stunning!

The model shared her glamorous evening look with her 5.1 million Instagram followers in a post with 3 gorgeous photos, showing off her dress from all angles. “Channeling Vegas Tinker Bell,” the stunner wrote in her caption with a cute fairy emoji.  To complete her look, Culpo went for a classic white manicure, winged eyeliner, a full pink lip, and contoured cheekbones.
