If we are to believe the latter, there appears to still be hope for the couple in terms of raising their baby, as there currently don’t seem to be any majorly hard feelings between them. Insiders close to the rumored exes are hinting that they may not be romantically involved anymore, but are keen to keep things amicable in an attempt to make something work for the sake of their child.

In a nutshell, no one really knows where the couple stand – maybe not even the couple themselves! A source told US Weekly that they will both "make great parents," but as things currently stand, "nobody knows yet if they’re going to do that together or apart."

"This has been an imperfect relationship from the start," the insider continued. "Even though Olivia’s going to be a wonderful mother and has great support behind her, Olivia’s friends just don’t see these two being a couple in a year’s time. Olivia and John still have to decide what kind of future they’re going to have together, if any. It’s a time of uncertainty, for both of them."
