Olivia Wilde turned heads on the red carpet last week as she arrived to the 2022 Women in Film Honors ceremony in a long, hooded black dress with a sultry midriff-revealing cut out. The Don’t Worry Darling director, 38, donned the floor-length Saint Laurent gown (that helped flaunt her toned abs and figure) to the Beverly Hills event, along with black pointed-toe sandals to match.
Wilde accessorized her all-black get-up with black wristlet cuffs. The House alum then topped it all off with gold hoop earrings and matching bracelets while also sporting a fierce black manicure. As for makeup, the stunner rocked a rosy pink smokey eye look, sky-high lashes, blush and highlighter on her sharp cheekbones, and a glossy pink lip color.

Wilde was honored at the WIF Honors: Forging Forward Gala and spoke during one of the panels there. The Her actress and Booksmart director discussed the undeniable obstacles of being a woman in the film industry. At the event, Wilde said that women in movies “need that community because sometimes it’s really difficult, so difficult to be heard.”
She also told the audience that when she was working on 2015’s Meadowland with director Reed Morano, she saw firsthand how the crew respected and learned from her. This, she expressed, led her to want to see more “women in positions of leadership” so that others in film could learn from them, too.

Wilde’s latest stylish outing comes just several weeks after she issued a statement along with her ex Jason Sudeikis (who she dated from 2011 to 2020 and who she shares two children with) in response to bombshell claims that the duo’s former nanny made to The Daily Mail regarding Wilde’s rumored infidelity while dating Sudeikis, 47.
As reported by The Daily Mail, a source who identified herself as the former nanny who took care of Wilde and Sudeikis’ two kids (son Otis, 8, and daughter Daisy, 5) brought text message screenshots with her to the interview, and described how the relationship of Wilde and Sudeikis fell apart at the end of 2020. The nanny also added an anecdote that broke the internet immediately about Sudeikis allegedly lying under Wilde’s car in an attempt to stop her from seeing her then-new boyfriend, Harry Styles, 28.
Jason Sudeikis allegedly threw himself under Olivia Wilde’s car to prevent her from leaving to visit Harry Styles, their former nanny claims:
“He said he was doing it on purpose to make her late going to see Harry.”

In a joint statement made to Jezebel, Sudeikis and Wilde described the interview with the nanny as the “unfortunate apex” of a “now 18 month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues.” They also called the allegations within it “false and scurrilous.”
