Olivia Wilde showcased her toned abs as she exited her gym in Los Angeles last week. The Don’t Worry Darling director, 40 opted for a comfortable yet flattering ensemble that highlighted her defined midsection.

The Booksmart filmmaker wore sleek black leggings and a baby pink sports bra with a square neckline, completing the look with gray sneakers.

A matching gray sweatshirt was casually slung in one hand, while a tan-and-red tote bag hung from her wrist. Sporting her usual black oversized sunglasses, Wilde styled her caramel locks in a high ponytail. Paparazzi photos, featured in The Daily Mail, captured her post-workout glow.

This, as fans know, isn't the first time that Wilde has flaunted toned midsection, as she's been seen in similar outfits over the past year, donning emerald green and plum bra and leggings sets, and skimpy thin-strap tops with low-waisted bottoms.

When it comes to Wilde's regimen for staying in shape, she dished to CNBC in 2019 that she isn't stern or strict about it, but prefers jogging and walking over other exercises.

"When you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it’s an option," Wilde told the outlet, regarding her positive and athletic mindset. "I’ll take the stairs," the mom of two added.

The House actress continued, elaborating more on her practical approach to working out: "There’s often a way to [be active]. Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life."

In other news, earlier this spring, Deadline reported that Wilde will direct a movie adaptation of Avengelyne, a popular comic book character created by Rob Liefeld, the creator of Deadpool.

LuckyChap Entertainment, which is owned by Barbie star Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley, will produce the film alongside Simon Kinberg, who is renowned for his work on Deadpool and X-Men films, as well as Audrey Chon of Genre Films.
