Just when I was ready to try the
cropped flare jean trend, Anna Wintour goes and decrees that culottes are good "If you're tall and thin like Karlie Kloss, yeah." OK, so these aren't exactly culottes we're talking about here, but same idea!
Well, while I definitely respect the Vogue Editor-In-Cheif's opinion, I think that shoe choice can make a difference here, especially if you're on the shorter size aka not Karlie Kloss height. What you should wear with cropped flare jeans are block-heeled shoes. You know, the short, chunky heel that is the most comfortable of all the heel options? The added height makes your legs look longer with the flare hitting at your ankles, and, like I said, it's the comfiest heel option for when you have to wear them.
