Kefir is filled with nutritious benefits for your body, according to dietitian Joe Leech. This yogurt-esque drink is known to aid in digestive issues and can help restore the good bacteria in your gut to promote weight loss. Kefir is also a more powerful probiotic than yogurt, according to Leech, which must mean it's basically whatever a genius of digestion would be. 

grape juice

Purple grape juice has the same disease-fighting antioxidants that red wine lovers rave about. It's been provent to lower cholesterol and allow blood to flow more freely, according to WebMD.  

milk

Drinking low-fat milk has actually been linked to weight loss. According to a study conducted by Curtin University in Australia, having a diet with high amounts of low-fat milk and dairy actually helps with your weight management and diet quality. Make sure you stay away from whole milk and full-fat dairy, those choices can actually make you gain weight!

chamomile tea

By drinking chamomile tea, you're allowing your body to relax and lower stress levels. Stress levels in your body actually have amajor influence on infalmmation and weight gain, so by sipping on chamomile tea you lower your stress levels and your body's inflammation.
