During the ceremony, the Critics Choice Awards menu didn't quite hit the mark for Oprah. At the event on January 14, the author turned down the event's offer of wrapped flatbread pizzas in a bag.
Seated at her table with fellow The Color Purple cast members Taraji P. Henson, Fantasia Barrino, and Danielle Brooks, Oprah wasn't tempted by the pizza.
In a clip shared by the OprahDaily Instagram account, only Brooks and Henson were willing to eat the pizza. Barrino on the other hand looked straight into the camera and jokingly questioned, "Where are the lamb chops?"
Oprah, with a playful signal to her lips, chimed in, "I'm not messing up my lips!"
Evidently, the pizza wasn't tempting enough for her to sacrifice her glamorous look.
