Oprah Winfrey dazzled fans in a soft pink gown at her godson’s wedding on Sunday. The long-sleeve ruched dress flaunted her slim figure, which she’s openly and proudly discussed. The talk show queen completed her look with a matching clutch, diamond earrings and rings, and styled her hair in loose waves.

CBS Mornings co-anchor Gayle King shared moments from her son’s wedding, which took place in the backyard of her longtime best friend, Oprah.

King donned a one-shoulder blue dress adorned with a bow, while her newly married son, Bumpus Jr., sported a white blazer, black pants, and a black bowtie.

The mother of the groom shared several behind-the-scenes moments leading up to the wedding, including one image of Oprah actively participating by chatting with the wedding planners.

The billionaire TV producer has generated major buzz since debuting her slim physique and recently took acountability for being a 'major contributor' to 'diet culture' over the years.

Oprah Issues Apology For Contributing To Diet Culture

During a three-hour live WeightWatchers special, the 70-year-old took accountability for promoting unsustainable weight loss methods over the years.

“I have been a steadfast participant in this diet culture. Through my platforms, through the magazine, through the talk show for 25 years and online. I’ve been a major contributor to it. I cannot tell you how many weight-loss shows and makeovers I have done, and they have been a staple since I’ve been working in television,” she continued.

In December 2023, Oprah disclosed that she had shed 40 pounds by using a weight-loss medication.

This came as a shock, as she had previously referred to weight-loss drugs as an "easy way out."

"The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift — and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for,” she said to PEOPLE.
