Oprah Winfrey recently stunned in a chic red sweater, and we think it’ll be the perfect addition to our winter wardrobe!

The media mogul took to Instagram on December 26th to promote an episode of The Oprah Podcast, wearing a cozy ribbed turtleneck sweater that beautifully accentuated her hips and waist. The sweater featured cropped half-sleeves and oversized detailing for a stylish and polished look.

Oprah Winfrey Rocks a Red Sweater for Podcast Episode

She paired it with an unexpected choice—gray sweatpants with a drawstring cord and zippered pockets, effortlessly blending comfort with style.

The producer slicked her hair back into a high, voluminous ponytail and rocked her signature eye makeup and glossy nude lips.

The talk show host has been a fan of turtlenecks this season, as she rocked a very similar sweater again when she invited Dr. Vivek Murthy, the outgoing U.S. Surgeon General, on her podcast.

Winfrey has been making headlines for her dramatic weight loss and admitted that she couldn’t have done it without the help of weight loss drugs like Ozempic.

Oprah Winfrey Discusses Weight Loss Drugs

In 2024, Oprah thanked new weight loss drugs for her transformation but also noted that she still has to put in the work to maintain her figure and, most importantly, her health.

She has also credited fasting, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle for keeping her in shape in her 70s.

“I had an awareness of [weight-loss] medications, but I felt I had to prove I had the willpower to do it. I now no longer feel that way,” she told People.

She also said, “The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for. I’m absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself.”
