Oprah Winfrey continues to flaunt her healthy weight loss progress on Instagram for her 22.7 million followers. Most recently, her chic look in a white linen jumpsuit was met with approval from fans, with the talk show host, 69, sharing a video of herself admiring a charcuterie bar, allowing her followers to take a glimpse of her slender frame.
In July, the television personality shared the clip, in which she praised Equii Foods and Chefs Sebastien Canonne and Philippe Chevalier for their work in creating an elaborate board full of “high protein” bread, cheese and meat. How exactly has she shed the weight? By deciding not to “sacrifice a joyful life” for her diet—and figuring out a way to incorporate her favorite foods (like bread!) into her everyday eating in moderation, all via Weight Watchers, or WW, for which Oprah is one of the most visible spokespeople.

Oprah Winfrey Shows Off Weight Loss Courtesy Of WW Lifestyle Plan
To return to her healthiest self, Oprah utilized WW last year (formerly Weight Watchers, with whom she is a spokesperson) to get “back in control” of her lifestyle. This successful strategy resulted in her shedding 40 lbs. using WW’s points-based system, which she has said was the one key to her regaining her healthful diet.
In the past, she has discussed her journey of reducing weight without sacrificing her favorite dishes. As seen in her new video, bread, dairy items, and deli meat are still in her meal plan.
Fans couldn’t get enough of Winfrey’s simple, sleek and figure-flaunting get-up from her recent Instagram video, and headed to her comment section to hype up her look. “I can’t get over how amazing Oprah looks,” one wrote as another added that she was “looking skinny” and “snatched in that jumpsuit.”
The multi-hyphenate's ensemble is from Rivet Utility, a Los Angeles-based brand.
Oprah announced on Instagram early last year that she was embarking on a "reset," and told fans she was "clearing out" her fridge. She noted the helpfulness of WW for helping her "stay on track."
"[WW] brings a level of awareness to what I'm eating, and that's what helps me close out the holidays, get back in control of how I want to live," Winfrey told fans.
She added: "So let's do our day one together. Not one day, not tomorrow, not next Monday, not next week. Let today be our day one, OK?"
During a 15-month period beginning in August 2015, Winfrey dropped an impressive 40-plus pounds after enrolling with WW. "Since I've started Weight Watchers, I've lost over 40 lbs," Winfrey said in an ad for WW that aired soon after.
"I can honestly tell you; I struggle no more. I'm eating everything I love — tacos, pasta. I've never felt deprived," she revealed.
She went on, explaining in a press release: "Weight Watchers is easier than any other program I've ever been on. It's a lifestyle, a way of eating, and a way of living that's so freeing. You never feel like you are on a diet, and it works."
