(Squeeze as much liquid out as possible!) Discard the solids Stir in honey (I pre-dissolve it in a little bit of warm water so it mixes in easy), cayenne, and salt. Store in refrigerator. She suggests consuming these shots on an empty stomach every morning to keep parasites at bay.

“Cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin, which is responsible for its spicy taste and is also extremely anti-fungal, antibacterial, and antiparasitic,” she notes.
