Paris Hilton lets her inner mama bear out defending her son, Phoenix, as droves of fans take to Instagram to express their concerns over the baby’s large head, claiming “it doesn’t seem normal.” But Paris was quick to respond: “My angel is perfectly healthy,” and called out trolls for being “sick!”

The Hilton hotel heiress shared a sweet photo commemorating Phoenix’s first time in NYC. The pair are seated on a white leather couch in stunning outfits: Paris in a sparkling off-the-shoulder black dress and Phoenix in a Burberry getup, and while some fans were cooing over the adorable baby (as they should!), others had only nasty things to say.
“Like what is actually going on? I’m not trying to be rude, that doesn’t seem normal,” one usesr commented on the post. “He’s so super cute, but what’s wrong with him?” another added. “Why is he like this?”

But the singer, who just dropped a single titled “Lighter” with Steve Aoki, was not about to let people make fun of her bundle of joy, who was born via surrogate on Jan. 16th. In a comment on the same post, Paris replied, “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.” Cute, healthy, and smart!
The American businesswoman defended her son even further in a paragraph posted to her story, saying “targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe.”
“I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable, and angelic,” she continued. “It’s hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence.”

Amid the many trolls, there were scores of fans and celebrities who were quick to defend Paris and her “angel,” Phoenix. “OMG!!! So precious!!!” Demi Lovato commented.

Another fan channeled her inner Taylor Swift, writing, “Karma’s going to track you down—don’t play with babies they are Angels!”
