Paris Hilton arrived at Congress to advocate for reforms in youth treatment facilities, making a statement both in her cause and her fashion.
At the congressional hearing focused on foster care and youth rehabilitation reforms, she turned heads in a baby blue lace tweed midi dress. The ensemble featured intricate details, including short sleeves, a white collar, square pockets at the waist, and a slim belt accentuating her waistline. Completing her look were white Valentino stud heels and a pale blue Chanel chain purse.

"These programs promised healing, growth, and support, but instead, they did not allow me to speak, move freely or even look out a window for two years," she testified before the House Ways and Means Committee.
