Pasta, a beloved staple in many diets, often gets a bad rap for contributing to weight gain. However, not all pastas are created equal. Certain types of pasta are loaded with fiber and can be a healthier option that supports weight management. High-fiber pasta varieties provide a slower release of energy and promote satiety, helping to control appetite and prevent overeating. They revealed that red lentil pasta, konjac root pastas, and kelp noodles are the ones to go for.
