It’s been two months since Jennifer Aniston was seen exiting a plastic surgeon’s office in Connecticut with her pal Sandra Bullock. As the Morning Show actress, 55, arrived at the Emmy FYC event in Los Angeles on June 2nd, she turned heads in a chic burgundy midi dress adorned with delicate floral patterns.
The Friends alum flaunted her toned physique in a deep red Reformation ensemble that boasted a sweetheart neckline. Amidst lots of fan admiration and praise for her ensemble online, some took to social media soon after to voice their observation that there was something “off” or “different” about her overall look.
According to a recent interview with InTouch, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Carl Truesdale, who has not treated Aniston, shared what kind of cosmetic procedures he thinks the Just Go with It star might have undergone lately.

Regarding Aniston's famously "ageless" and symmetrical face, Truesdale told the outlet: "it does look less full than in previous photos, particularly in the cheeks area."
The doctor added: "she’s showing a bit more laxity in her face, particularly in the jowl area and the lower eyelid area. This could potentially indicate there were fillers that have dissolved." He also noted that "a sign of dissolved filler is seeing more volume loss than what one would expect for normal facial aging or weight loss."
The expert went on to say that any "puffiness" fans may observed lately "could potentially be from filler," as it apparently "doesn’t exactly look like orbital fat, which usually presents as a bag."

When it comes to any "puffiness around [Aniston’s] eyes," Truesdale said "[it] could be associated with filler that is migrated, or it could also represent obstructed lymphatics, which doesn’t allow fluid to leave her under eye area."
He added: "This can be seen with chronic filler use and can contribute to an overall puffy look that we call ‘filler fatigue.’" Truesdale also said that Aniston is "displaying classic signs of aging." and that "it seems that her recent look could be associated with bone loss around the orbit, which is common for her age."
He concluded, noting that "laxity of the eyelid skin and the cheeks is due to volume and facial laxity is best addressed with a facelift."
What Aniston Has Said About Plastic Surgery
While Aniston hasn't responded to cosmetic surgery accusations or similar rumors, claims about her reportedly getting a nose job for aesthetic reasons are nothing new. A representative for the Golden Globe winner told Us Weekly in 2018 that she got her deviated septum corrected (to help her sleep) with rhinoplasty.
The source dished to the publication that Aniston needed to "correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago," meaning that she did undergo a nose-related plastic surgery procedure before that. Aniston opened up about this for the first time in 2007, in an interview with People Magazine.
"It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years," she explained. "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine."
Aniston has shot down rumors that she underwent breast augmentation or got Botox or fillers as well. In a 2006 interview, she stressed: "No boob job! You know what it’s called? It’s called 10 pounds."

I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s—t into my face."
The Emmy winner continued: "I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age."
