Kim Kardashian is often the subject of plastic surgery speculation, and now some fans think the reality star, 44, might have had a “ponytail facelift.”
In a recent Instagram post, facial aesthetics expert Dr. Jonny Betteridge examined how the SKIMS mogul preserves her “youthful look” in her mid-forties, showcasing clips of her on the red carpet.
He pointed out how “tight and lifted” her face appeared at the 2024 Academy Museum Gala and explained why he believed she showed “no signs of aging.”

"Given her facial appearance, I think she had a ponytail facelift around two or three years ago," Betteridge said in the October 22nd clip. He explained that this is a procedure "where the scars are are discreetly put in the hairline by the temples and behind the ear."
"I say this time period because in a video from 2022, we can see evidence of skin folding in front of the ear," he went on. For her to look very similar to how she did twenty years ago "with the only real obvious differences being her nose shape and cheek volume," he continued, "I'd say that's pretty impressive."
