Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres have been together for 15 years, and it seems that their relationship is stronger than ever.
Despite the serious backlash Ellen is now facing for her show’s “toxic” environment and the talk show host’s own treatment of staff, de Rossi is sticking by her.

Portia first spoke out in support of Ellen over Instagram.
On August 3, she thanked fans with a straightforward post that read: "I Stand by Ellen." The photo also included Ellen's now controversial mantra: "Be Kind To One Another."
Portia captioned the post, thanking fans: "To all our fans....we see you. Thank you for your support."
However, Instagram users did not appreciate the show of support. One wrote, "I’m afraid I can no longer. I had a family member who worked on the show and heard the horror stories. Ellen needs to own up to her treatment of her employees. It was not just producers."
Another had a simple response to the #IStandWithEllen, writing, "We don't stand with bullies."
This has not deterred Portia's support though. Recently, the 47-year-old told a photographer how her wife was handling the backlash.
According to Page Six, While out on a dog walk in Santa Barbara, Portia explained that Ellen was "doing great."
Plus, according to Portia, Ellen is still planning on continuing to host The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
When asked, she had a simple answer: "Yes, she is."
