Although pre-mixed oatmeal packages might be okay for your diet as an occasional treat, eating these on a regular basis could be preventing you from losing weight.

Getting enough fiber plays an important role in weight loss--and limiting added sugars where you can is also crucial (especially if you want to achieve sustainable, longterm weight loss). With that in mind, avoiding pre-mixed oatmeal might be in your best interest.

That does not mean you will need to spend a ton of time on your breakfast to make it healthy.
