Prince George Reportedly Made Adorable Comment During King Charles' Birthday Parade
The Princess of Wales, 42, wasn't the only royal being watched closely, though. The world also kept a close eye on her and Prince William's three children, as they often provide a lot of entertainment at these events. Who can forget the now infamous moment when little Prince Louis covered his ears to block out the noise on the Buckingham Palace balcony back in 2022?
On this occasion, 10-year-old Prince George caught the attention of lip reader Juliet Sullivan, who discovered an "adorable," to quote the Daily Mail, comment he made to his mom. While he was riding in a carriage alongside his mom and younger siblings Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, during the Trooping the Color procession, he reportedly made a comment about the members of the public who had gathered along the Mall. Sullivan told the Daily Mail that the young royal said: "They all look so happy."
And he wasn't wrong! Everyone seemed delighted to see the Princess of Wales for the first time in six months – even more so as she looked beautiful and glowing, which suggests that she is tolerating her preventative chemotherapy well.
Fan Comments
"George would be genuinely touched to see the joy that greeted his mom," one Daily Mail reader commented. "She is just mom at home and the children have had her home to themselves. So it would be perfectly reasonable to be overcome with the outpouring of joy and love towards Kate," they continued.
"Well said, sometimes people forget they are a normal family behind closed doors and George and Charlotte will be well aware of what their mother is going through, and it will be so hard, like many other families have to face," commented another.
"We were all happy George! To see your mom looking so lovely and well!" exclaimed a third. "Lovely Catherine and her funny, sweet, gorgeous children. So nice to see them all today," gushed another fan. "Young Prince George carries himself already with such grace well beyond what a typical 10-year-old would. He will well serve the monarchy one day I won't be here to see it, but he will surely be an asset as his father will as well. He's got the 'thing.' I just feel it," wrote another.
