Prince Harry Just Made The Most Heartbreaking Announcement Ever!
March 3, 2020 by D.Wolfe
In his first public event since moving to Canada, Prince Harry arrived in Edinburgh, Scotland for his final round of royal engagements. To the surprise of the attendees of the Travalyst summit, the Duke of Sussex asked to be introduced simply as “Harry.”
“He wants to say a few words to kick start the day and he’s made it clear that we are all just to call him ‘Harry,’” the event host, Ayesha Hazarika told the audience, “So, ladies and gentlemen please give a big Scottish welcome to Harry.”
Just ‘Harry’ received a warm round of applause from the audience. Travalyst’s goal is to help companies and consumers adapt their travel habits to benefit the environment and destination communities—a goal that is dear to Harry’s heart. Harry helped launch Travelyst in September of last year.
Harry and Meghan announced in January that they wanted to step back from as senior members of the royal family. The announcement came as a shock to the Royal family and Britain. The couple wishes to live a more private life and wish to become financially independent.
Recently the couple (and the world) received the news that their plans to brand “Sussex Royal” was a no go. The couple will also no longer use the titles His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness but will retain them. It seems that the transition into ordinary life is just around the corner—on March 31st.
