Meghan Markle Is Reportedly 'Done' With The UK: 'Harry And Meghan's Life Is In The US'
Royal historian Marlene Koenig recently told GB News that she believes a permanent move to the U.K. is out of the question for the 42-year-old Duchess of Sussex; and her even coming to visit is looking pretty unlikely at this moment in time too.
"I don't think Meghan will be visiting the UK anytime soon," she told GB News, adding: "I think she's done with that. Unless there's something major like a funeral. But Harry and Meghan's life is in the U.S."
Meghan Markle Reportedly Doesn't 'Feel Safe' In The UK
Koenig's views were echoed in a recent New magazine article, as per Sky News Australia, which featured an insider revealing that Prince Harry desperately wants his children Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2, to come to the U.K. this year and meet their cousins. However, Meghan reportedly doesn't want them to even come to the U.K. for a visit, as she doesn't feel it's safe for her or their children.
"Harry would love for Archie and Lilibet to have a better relationship with their cousins and even the children of some of his friends," an insider reportedly said, in reference to Prince William and Kate Middleton's children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
"He [Harry] feels like they have been away from the UK for far too long and wants to start building a life here. Not full-time, but a second home which they can visit regularly," the insider continued, before adding: "It's now got to the point where Meghan doesn't want to come to the U.K. with the children. She just doesn't feel safe."
