Prince Harry and Meghan Markle don’t always see eye to eye. The couple are reportedly currently disagreeing over whether to leave the U.S. and move back to the U.K. – but that’s not all!
According to reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex don’t have the same views when it comes to their children’s privacy, as Prince Harry wants to keep them away from the public eye as much as possible. The former Suits actress, on the other hand, doesn’t feel the same way.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Disagree About Their Children's Privacy
Given what Prince Harry has previously said about the media constantly invading his and older brother Prince William's privacy when they were children, we understand why he wants to protect four-year-old son Prince Archie and two-year-old daughter Princess Lilibet from unwanted attention.
And given how little we see them – with only rare glimpses in their Netflix Harry & Meghan docuseries and a few pictures released on special occasions – it seems like he has gotten his way!
"Harry and Meghan have not always agreed on how much they should expose their children to the media, but, in this case, Harry has clearly won," an insider told The Sun.
The American Riviera Orchard founder has reportedly been more relaxed about the children appearing on camera for quite a while, with a source telling The Sun last year: "Meghan wants to move back into public life – with Archie and Lilibet by her side."
The pub also noted how the Duchess of Sussex was keen for them to feature on either (or both) of their upcoming Netflix shows, but confirmed that they will not be making an appearance. The couple's privacy will be protected even further with Meghan's show – which will "celebrate the joys of cooking and gardening, entertaining and friendship" – not actually being filmed at their Montecito, California home, but rather, at their neighbor's home instead.
