The couple moved to Los Angeles earlier in the year and have been spotted around town doing various charitable work. There’s been some speculation on what the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be doing to earn an income since stepping away as senior members of the royal family.
Well, it’s not a secret anymore! Meghan and Harry signed with the prodigious Harry Walker Agency for speaking engagements. The couple plan to speak on racial justice, gender equity, environmental concerns, and mental health.
Harry Walker Agency has an impressive client list. Meghan and Harry will be joining the ranks of Hollywood A-listers such as Matthew McConaughey and Kevin Hart, as well as noteworthy public figures such as Michelle Obama and Stacy Abrams.
Back in April, the couple announced the launch of their new philanthropic foundation Archewell. They haven’t been sitting idly since moving to L.A. Although they have yet to officially make speaking engagements, Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently volunteered their time and baking skills at Homeboy Industries, an L.A.-based gang rehabilitation, and re-entry program.
