Prince Harry's Former Close Friend Slams His Netflix 'Polo' Series, And Doesn't Think Returning To The UK Is A Good Idea
Tommy Severn, the captain of Polo England and a former close friend of Prince Harry's and Prince William's, has had a lot to say in the past few months...
Not only did Severn slam the widely-criticized Netflix Polo series in interviews, calling it "very weird," but he has also reportedly said that a return to the U.K. could make Prince Harry look like an "idiot" due to all the things he has said about his brother Prince William and the rest of the royal family.
"I think Harry's cut ties so if he came back now, he'd look like an idiot," Severn reportedly said, in reference to some of the bombshells Prince Harry dropped about the royal family in his memoir Spare, as well as in the controversial Harry & Meghan Netflix docuseries.
Could Prince William Help Prince Harry Seamlessly Return To The UK And The Royal Family?
However, Severn reportedly believes that Prince Harry could successfully return to the U.K. and the royal family if he gets his older brother on his side. According to the Daily Record and the Daily Mail, Severn reportedly said: "William might help him because they were close – that's the brothers bond."
It's recently been reported that Prince William is still "very angry" about the things his younger brother has said about him and the royal family, so it could be a while until the royal feud is over and Prince Harry is welcome back with open arms. But as Kate Middleton is reportedly keen to reconcile, this could happen sooner rather than later. Watch this space!
