Prince Harry has been the subject of attention of tThe Heritage Foundation, for many months now, as they’ve repeatedly attempted to have his visa documents made public, believing that the Duke of Sussex must’ve lied on his visa application, as he admitted to using drugs in his memoir, Spare. After pushing a lawsuit, it looks like their mission is complete. Judge Carl Nicholas just ordered the release of the files to the public. Keep reading for more information.

Judge Orders Prince Harry's Visa Files To Be Made Public
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative US think tank, requested the release of Prince Harry's visa documents as part of a freedom of information request. According to court documents from March 15th, Judge Nichols as mandated the Department of Homeland Security to release redacted versions of the documents by tomorrow, March 18th.
This comes after a September ruling from Judge Nichols that the disclosure of Harry's private immigration records wasn't necessary given the public interest in the subject was not substantial, but the Heritage Foundation immediately sought a revision from the judge, and since then, the public has shifted their eyes to Harry's immigration status.

Immigration Lawsuit Against Prince Harry
Prince Harry's U.S. visa has been in jeopardy for a while now, after he admitted to using drugs like cocaine, marijuana, and magic mushrooms in his bombshell memoir Spare. This is in line with U.S. immigration laws, as people who have admitted to drug use have been kicked out of the country or even denied entry in the first place.
If you recall, Prince Harry seamlessly acquired a visa when he moved from the United Kingdom to the United States in 2020. And while most people didn't give this a second thought, the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, has made it their mission to have Prince Harry's private visa documents released to the public in order to uncover if there was false information or preferential treatment involved with Harry's visa. The Heritage Foundation believes that Prince Harry must've lied on his visa application when asked if he has a history of drug use, because he admitted in his memoir, Spare, that he had tried mushrooms, cocaine, and marijuana. Lying on a visa application is grounds for deportation.
