It doesn’t seem like Prince William is ready to forgive Prince Harry, as he is reportedly still “furious” with the multi-million dollar deal his younger brother and sister-in-law Meghan Markle struck with Netflix. This included making the very controversial Harry & Meghan docuseries, which aired in December 2022. The Sussexes dropped quite a few bombshells in their highly-anticipated docuseries, and the former Suits actress even came under fire for seemingly mocking the late Queen Elizabeth II when recalling the moment she was asked to curtsey to her.

According to recent reports, the Prince of Wales, 41, is said to be “angry” that the Duke of Sussex, 39, signed a deal with the streaming platform as he believes they have “ruthlessly exploited” the royal family on several occasions. As well as being furious with the Harry & Meghan docuseries, the Prince of Wales is also said to be angry that The Crown, which streams on the platform, will be featuring a ghost of the late Princess Diana in the sixth and final season.

Prince William Is Reportedly 'Angry' With His Brother's Decision To Work With Netflix

"William is angry about a lot of things in connection with Harry," an insider, who is said to be a friend of Prince William's, reportedly told the Daily Beast when asked about how he feels about Prince Harry's Netflix deal. "His decision to work with Netflix, who have ruthlessly exploited the family, is certainly one of them," the insider added, before talking about the late Princess Diana appearing as a ghost in the sixth and final season of The Crown.

According to reports, Princess Diana, played by Australian actress Elizabeth Debicki, will appear as a ghost in the show in an emotional reunion with a grieving Prince Charles, played by Dominic West. "It's incredibly hurtful to have his mother exploited over and over again in this tawdry fashion by Netflix," the source continued, adding, "He won’t watch it, but he will be totally sickened by it."

Prince Harry is also reportedly working on an upcoming documentary for Netflix that will see him follow in the footsteps of his late mother and head back to Africa. This is said to be a solo project as Meghan Markle will reportedly not be involved.

However, the Duchess of Sussex will reportedly be involved in another Netflix project, which will see her and Prince Harry adapt Carley Fortune's novel Meet Me At The Lake and turn it into a film for the streaming platform. The project is quite interesting, shall we say, as it features a character who is struggling to process the death of a parent who was killed in a car crash, which of course mirrors Prince Harry's life. He has said on several occasions that he never fully processed his mother dying in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
