As the Platinum Jubilee celebrations begin, it seems like Princes William and Harry are reconciling with one another after years of being in a feud.
In an exclusive article published by The Mirror, the brothers are working on healing their relationship “with weekly online messages and face-to-face chats ahead of their Queen’s Jubilee meeting.” Sources claim Prince William was the one who reached out first. The outlet also says that the two “have been messaging each other every few days on WhatsApp—and are also having regular FaceTime calls with their respective children.”
Wives Kate and Meghan however, “have so far held back from onscreen contact,” according to The Mirror. The two women have allegedly been keeping their distance from each other in order to give their husbands the opportunity to make amends on their own, “one to one.”
These are good news for the Royal Family since reports also mentioned that Her Majesty “has made it clear she does not want any family tensions to overshadow [the] four-day national celebration.”
We’re definitely wishing all the best for Princes William and Harry as they heal from their rift.
The Platinum Jubilee Central Weekend will take place from June 2 to 5. There will be plenty of events and activities throughout these days, as it celebrates Queen Elizabeth II as the “first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service.”
