Nuts like almonds, chestnuts, peanuts, and pistachios can help grow your breast size because they're rich in healthy fats and estrogen-like isoflavones, which New York-based nutritionist Regina Fazzini says go "hand-in-hand" with breast size.
"Breast size and the amount of estrogen your body produces go hand-in-hand,” Fazzini tells SheFinds. "Eating foods that are rich in estrogen and other compounds that mimic hormones in the body would be your best bet for promoting breast growth."
Not a fan of nuts? Fazzini says that incorporating seeds like fennel seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds could benefit your breasts, too! This is because many seeds contain minerals that also mimic estrogen in the body. Only in seeds, the magic ingredient is lignin, which is a type of phytoestrogen.
"Check with your doctor or a healthcare specialist before making these diet changes to ensure it’s the best decision for your body," Fazzini advises.
